We are a consortium of Long COVID clinics based at academic medical centers throughout the U.S. Each clinic offers multimodality care that is science-based and patient-centered. Care is provided by qualified academic faculty with expertise in Long COVID. All sites offer a combination of disease-education, rehabilitation, symptom-directed medical management, diagnostics and specialty-referral where appropriate.
